Vienna Zoo

A visit to the world’s oldest zoo within Vienna’s Tiergarten Schoenbrunn, provided the opportunity to see incredible mammals up close.

It’s hard not to credit them with human characteristics; the elephant’s ancient wisdom, the orangutan’s empathy and the malevolence of the prowling lion.
